I've been exploring AI since 2019 — building communities, running product operations, and interviewing developers. Currently a Cursor Ambassador, having organized nearly 10 developer events across China. I also run Deepbuild, a series interviewing energetic AI developers. I help AI teams build communities, do technical marketing, plan events and create content.

From learning Python to training models, from AI community building to AI product marketing — a record of the journey.
Getting Started
Sophomore year, a bit lost, started learning Python — originally just for office automation. Then realized AI was the real direction. That summer I went to Google InnoCamp in Hangzhou, and in September attended the Google AI Conference in Shanghai.
Hands-on — Training Neural Networks
COVID hit, stayed home training object detection models for a smart fruit scale project. Bought fruits again and again, collected datasets over and over. But when the accuracy finally went up, the excitement made it all worth it.
Community — Connecting Researchers & Developers
After graduation, started building AI communities. Created the "Inside Top AI Labs" series — former Grok co-founder and Alibaba DAMO M6 team both joined. Built a 3000+ LLM developer community from scratch, ran "Open Source Today" and "Developer LIVE Q&A" programs, and dug into Agents together with developers.
AI Infra — Product Operations from Zero
Joined an AI Infra company founded by a Tsinghua team, built product operations from zero — achieved doubling users in two weeks. Co-organized the first Tsinghua Hackathon and Tokyo ComfyUI Summit, and co-released a high-quality Chinese dataset that hit HuggingFace Trending Top 4.
Cursor Community
Joined Cursor Community in July 2025 as a Cursor Ambassador. Organized nearly 10 events across 7 cities in China, with 3,800+ developers participating and up to 369 attendees at a single event. Through the Cursor Ambassador community, I've also connected with AI practitioners from many countries around the world — it's an incredibly active and passionate community!
What I'm Thinking About
AI capabilities are evolving fast. I believe the future isn't about opportunities for the few — it's an era where everyone evolves together. Developers are at the center of this wave — they need better tools, more honest information, and more fellow travelers.
That's what I'm working on: interviewing ever-evolving developers through Deepbuild, connecting people through the Cursor community. I want to stand between people and technological evolution, and do something meaningful.
